The Trader Support Service is free. It gives you an online system for customs and safety and security declarations on movements between Great Britain and Northern Ireland, with guidance and support from its contact centre. You can register if you move goods between Great Britain and Northern Ireland and have an EORI number.
A new version of the service replaced the old one in October 2026. If you were registered with the old service, you have been moved to the new one and do not need to register again. The old service closes on 30 November 2026.
