Scotland has several rules that do not apply in England and Wales:

Minimum unit pricing (MUP): All alcohol sold (on or off premises) must be priced at a minimum of 65p per unit
Off-sales hours: Maximum 10am to 10pm (individual Boards may restrict further)
Multi-buy ban: Quantity-based discounts on off-sales alcohol are prohibited
Irresponsible drinks promotions: Banned in both on-sales and off-sales
