Apply for your premises licence through your local Licensing Board. Scotland has 32 Licensing Boards — one for each council area.
Your application must include:
- Completed application form with an operating plan
- Layout plan of the premises
- Name of your premises manager (who holds a Scottish personal licence)
- Application fee (set locally — varies between Boards)
The Licensing Board will assess your application against the five licensing objectives and their local licensing policy statement.
