What Homes England does
Government's housing delivery agency. Provides funding, land, and expertise to deliver new homes. Administers affordable housing programmes, Help to Buy, and strategic land interventions. Works with developers, councils, and housing associations.
Formerly the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). Delivery body, not a regulator in traditional sense, but sets standards for funded programmes.
