Part III — GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
General duty
3 months imprisonment- Ensure machinery meets health and safety requirements before supply or use Any Person

- Create and maintain a technical file for non-Schedule 4 machinery Responsible Person
Schedule 4 machinery manufactured in accordance with transposed harmonised standards
- Compile and submit technical files for Schedule 4 machinery Responsible Person
Schedule 4 machinery not manufactured in accordance with transposed harmonised standards
- Submit high-risk machinery for independent examination by an approved body Responsible Person
Modifications to relevant machinery

Certificate of adequacy
