Procedure on making a seizure order

  • Contractor must immobilise or remove the vehicle within 3 months of a seizure order

  • Reposition vehicle before immobilisation if parked illegally, and affix notice if moved out of sight

  • Affix seizure notice on vehicle and inform offender of their rights
