Repositioning of a vehicle before immobilisation
- Reposition vehicle before immobilisation if parked illegally, and affix notice if moved out of sight

- Affix seizure notice on vehicle and inform offender of their rights
Release of vehicle on payment of the relevant penalty
- Release seized vehicle and issue receipt on full payment
Removal of immobilised vehicle to storage
- Contractor must remove unpaid immobilised vehicles to secure storage after 24 hours

- Send written notice to FEO and offender within 24 hours of vehicle removal
