Obligations concerning products entering and leaving
- Notify the competent authority about incoming products and comply with segregation, supervision, and record-keeping rules
Weight determination, sampling and analysis of dried fodder
- Weigh and sample dried fodder on departure or before mixing
Weighing the fodder and determining the moisture content of fodder to be dehydrated
- Weigh fodder, determine moisture content, and notify competent authority quarterly
Stock records of processing undertakings
- Keep detailed stock records for dried fodder processing
Supporting documents for stock records
- Make supporting documents available to the competent authority upon request
Notifications
- Send monthly list of contracts and delivery declarations to the competent authority
Date of lodging of aid applications
- Lodge dried fodder aid applications within 45 days of month-end
Optional transitional period
- Processing undertakings must pass aid on to producers within 15 working days
