Your rating is based on three areas: hygienic food handling, the physical condition of your premises, and how you manage food safety. A score of 0 to 2 means the inspector found significant problems in at least one of these areas. Your inspection letter identifies which areas need the most urgent attention and whether any formal action is being taken.
