If your food business takes orders remotely, including through a website, app, or third-party delivery platform, you must tell customers your food hygiene rating when they ask — including verbally for telephone orders. There is no statutory duty in Wales to publish the rating online, but the Food Standards Agency strongly encourages it: you can use the official bilingual rating image or the FSA's online rating widget.
