From autumn 2026, all providers of visitor accommodation in Wales must register with the Welsh Revenue Authority (WRA). This applies whether you run a hotel, B&B, guest house, self-catering cottage, caravan park, or short-term let through platforms like Airbnb. Operating without registration will be a criminal offence.
