Once you have taken the action, keep evidence (confirmation emails, scheme setup documents, contribution records). TPR may ask you to prove compliance.
If you believe the notice is wrong: You can request a review within 28 days of receiving the notice. Write to TPR explaining why you disagree and providing supporting evidence. TPR will reconsider the notice and respond in writing.
