You need SuDS approval if your construction work has drainage implications and involves:
- construction of more than 1 dwelling, or
- construction area of 100 square metres or more
A single dwelling with a construction area under 100 square metres is outside the scope, as are minor works such as extensions under 100 square metres. Check with your local SAB if you are unsure.
