Once you understand the enforcement action and which standards you are not meeting, prepare a written response. Your response should:

• Acknowledge the findings where they are correct
• Set out specific actions you will take to address each issue
• Include realistic deadlines for completing each action
• Name the responsible person for each action

Keep copies of all correspondence and evidence of improvements made. RQIA may conduct a follow-up inspection to verify compliance.
