If you believe RQIA's enforcement action is wrong, you have the right to make representations before certain decisions are finalised. For proposals to cancel or refuse registration, you can appeal to the Care Tribunal. Seek legal advice promptly if you intend to appeal — deadlines are strict.
After resolving the immediate issue, maintain ongoing compliance. RQIA will continue to inspect your service and any repeat failings may result in escalated action.
