Application and annual fees for alcohol premises licences based on non-domestic rateable value bands.
Premises licence fees are based on the non-domestic rateable value of your premises. Check your rateable value on the Valuation Office Agency website. If your premises are in Band D or E and are used exclusively or primarily for selling alcohol to drink on the premises, such as a pub or bar, the application and annual fees are doubled for Band D and tripled for Band E.

No fee is payable for a licence that covers regulated entertainment only at a school or college (for its own purposes), or at a church hall, chapel hall, village hall, parish hall, community hall or similar building.
