Commercial Debts Payment Practices

What SBC does

Independent statutory complaints handler for small-business disputes about late payment and poor payment practices by larger businesses. Established by the Enterprise Act 2016. Publishes investigation reports and supports compliance with the Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance Regulations 2017.
