What Crown Estate Scotland does
Manages Crown land and seabed in Scottish waters. Grants leases for offshore wind farms under ScotWind and INTOG leasing rounds. Separate from The Crown Estate which covers England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
ScotWind allocated 25GW of offshore wind capacity. INTOG round for floating wind supporting oil/gas decarbonisation.
