Duties on businesses under the Regulation

  • Report F-gas production, placement, stocks and quota use uri:annex/vii/division/1
  • Report imported/produced fluorinated greenhouse gas quantities uri:annex/vii/division/2
  • Report quantities of fluorinated greenhouse gases exported from Great Britain uri:annex/vii/division/3
  • Prevent and repair leakage of fluorinated greenhouse gases s.3
