The East Northamptonshire Resource Management Facility Order 2023

This Order grants development consent for, and authorises Augean South Limited to alter the existing facilities and construct new facilities for the recovery and disposal of hazardous waste and the disposal of low level waste at the East Northamptonshire Resource Management Facility, Stamford Road, Kings Cliffe, Northamptonshire. This Order also authorises further development within the Order limits and provides a defence in proceedings in respect of statutory nuisance.
