The Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2010
This Order brings into force on the 30th September 2010 sections 23 to 27 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (“the Act”). Sections 23 to 27 make provisions relating to the preparation, modification and content of the specification for apprenticeship standards for England. Apprenticeship frameworks must conform to the requirements of the specification of apprenticeship standards for England if they are to be issued by the English issuing authority as recognised English frameworks.
