The Gambling (Personal Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2009
These Regulations amend the Gambling (Personal Licence Fees) Regulations 2006 (“the 2006 Regulations”) made under the Gambling Act 2005 (“the Act”). The amendments set new levels of fees that will be payable under the 2006 Regulations from xx August 2009.
