The Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2007
This Order brings into force sections 214 to 234 of the Gambling Act 2005 on 1st December 2007. Those sections provide for the giving of temporary use notices to authorise premises to be used for providing facilities for gambling during the period specified in the notice.
