The Health Professions Council (Health Committee) (Procedure) Rules Order of Council 2003
This Order, which is made under the Health Professions Order 2001, approves Rules made by the Health Professions Council in respect of the procedure of its Health Committee in considering allegations made against a health professional to whom the Health Professions Order 2001 applies. They also relate to the procedure of the Committee when considering an application by a health professional for restoration to the register.
