The International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Amendment) Regulations 1997
These Regulations amend the definition in the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Regulations 1985 of the Agreement on the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs and on the Special Equipment to be used for such Carriage (ATP) concluded on 1st September 1970, to take account of further amendments to the Agreement.
