If your personal licence is approaching expiry or has lapsed:

Check the expiry date on your personal licence (valid for 10 years)
If expiring soon, apply to your Licensing Board for renewal before the expiry date
Ensure your refresher training is up to date (required every 5 years)
If refresher training has lapsed, book and complete an approved course immediately
If your personal licence has expired, you cannot act as the designated premises manager — notify the premises licence holder
Apply for a new personal licence if renewal is no longer possible
