Step 4: Dealing with enforcement action

If you receive a compliance notice or enforcement action
- Licensing Standards Officer (alcohol): LSOs can issue compliance notices and report matters to the Licensing Board. Cooperate and address issues promptly.
- Licensing Board review: The Board can review your premises licence at any time. You will be invited to a hearing where you can present your case.
- Council enforcement (STL): Your council can revoke or refuse to renew your STL licence if you breach conditions.
