Seek legal advice promptly — appeal deadlines are strict and missing them may mean losing your right to challenge the decision.
Once the immediate enforcement is resolved, focus on sustaining compliance. Regular self-assessment against the Health and Social Care Standards and thorough preparation for routine inspections will reduce the risk of further enforcement action.
