Step 3 of 4

Once you understand the enforcement action and which standards you are not meeting, prepare a written response. Your response should:

Acknowledge the findings where they are correct
Set out specific actions you will take to address each issue
Include realistic deadlines for completing each action
Name the responsible person for each action

Keep copies of all correspondence and evidence of improvements made. RQIA may conduct a follow-up inspection to verify compliance.
