UKCA Product Marking
Understand UKCA marking requirements for products sold in Great Britain.
You can now choose to use either UKCA or CE marking for most products sold in Great Britain. Check if your product needs UKCA marking. If it does, ensure the marking meets size and visibility rules. Keep a UK Declaration of Conformity for 10 years.
- Use UKCA or CE marking for most products in Great Britain
- Check if your product is in the 21 covered regulations
- UKCA marking must be at least 5mm tall

The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking shows products meet UK safety requirements for placing on the Great Britain market. It replaced CE marking for the GB market, though CE marking remains accepted indefinitely.
