What EAS does

Enforces the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 across the general labour market (non-licensable sectors). Investigates worker complaints about unlawful withholding of wages, non-payment, and prohibited fees. Works alongside GLAA (licensable sectors) and HMRC (national minimum wage).
