The Gambling (Operating Licence and Single-Machine Permit Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2009
These Regulations amend the Gambling (Operating Licence and Single-Machine Permit Fees) Regulations 2006 (“the 2006 Regulations”) made under the Gambling Act 2005 (“the Act”). The amendments create certain new fee categories and set new levels of fees that will be payable under the 2006 Regulations from 31st July 2009.
